Prague’s Smíchov district is slowly transforming into a place for modern urban people who are happy in the middle of events but still in connection with nature. For people who want to have an opportunity to play sports, ride a bike and go for long walks with their dogs, but still don’t have to go too far to meet with friends. For people striving for privacy, but also the opportunity to build a community. For people requiring high-quality businesses and services within reach, but also growing one’s own vegetables. For people looking for a place with a view of the whole city while living in it. That’s what we had in mind when we designed the courtyard and a shared green roof in NEUGRAF residence in the Grafická Street. The designers of the house and authors of visualizations are architects from Bogle Architects.
