Neratovice Community centre

The focus of the project design is the renovation of a community centre and landscaping works in its immediate surroundings. The project, turning an old building from the communist era into a modern and open town hall, also involves landscaping of the building’s parterre. Our design alters the space around the three entrances to the building: the entrance piazzetta of the town hall, and the front and back entrances to the community centre. The design places an emphasis on rainwater management and on the plantations that rely on moderns planting techniques to ensure healthy development of the vegetation.
