Husinec Villas

We are currently working, together with the ADR architecture studio, on the Villas Husinec project. Thirteen family homes have been designed for the site situated north of Prague, overlooking the Vltava River. Our landscape design for the public spaces and private gardens aims to connect the housing complex with the surrounding natural vegetation, and use indigenous plant species. The villas are nested in a sloping terrain, which the design uses to its advantage, and also adds new tree plantations which will separate the individual homes and gardens, while also preserving the attractive views. We want to create an environment that will provide the inhabitants with enough opportunities to work, relax and meet friends. Each of the gardens has a simple design that will be easy to adapt to the future owners’ individual needs.
